A 72 year old woman has launched an advertising campaign to finder a stranger who told here " I Love you" 40 years ago. Regina Bradley met the man in 1968 and made a date for that night, but she was - late - and the pair never met up."He was the first to say he loved me. That moment has stayed with me for 40 years" she said.
