Is your future partner all fingers and thumbs?

Women who want to discern if a future boy-friend will splash the cash need only look at the length of his fingers - or so a case study in Belgium has concluded.

If a big difference in length between ring and index finger exists, a man is more likely to be more aggressive and less likely to part with his cash, the study has concluded.

Relative finger lengths have long been linked to dominance - differences in finger length signal higher testosterone levels during development in the womb, leading to more dominant behaviour in late life - but this recent study has gone further to prove the assumption.

In the study a group of men were given ten Euros and asked how much they would like to give another person. The bigger difference in the ring and index finger length, the less money they gave away apparently.
