Those of you with teenage girls may be interested in this: An Ad-funded virtual world for teen girls, which already has 6m members across Europe is to launch in the UK.GoSuperModel has members across eight European countries and hopes to take on top teen virtual sites Stardoll and Haboo when it goes live for UK users this January.
The site from Danish Company Watagame is backed by Accel Partners, which counts Facebook and online video platform Brightcove among its investments.
The site allows girls to create avatars, play games and earn and spend virtual money.
